Obec
vznikla pravdepodobne až na začiatku 14. storočia. Prvá písomná zmienka je z
roku 1413.
Kostol ev. a. v., ktorého stavebné jadro sa takmer intaktne zachovalo,
vznikol v polovici 14. storočia. Rozsiahla maliarska výzdoba je sústredená na
vnútornom plášti presbytéria, víťaznom oblúku a severnej strane lode. Maľby
v presbytériu sa datujú do sedemdesiatych rokov 14. storočia a monumentálna
kompozícia Posledného súdu na severnej stene do obdobia polovice 15. storočia.
The
village was probably founded up to the beginning of the 14th Century. The first
written mention comes from 1413.
The Lutheran Church was built in the middle of the 14th Century. Its centre remained almost intact until today. Abundant painting decoration is situated mainly in presbytery, victory arch and on the north side of the nave. Paintings in presbytery come from the 70's of the 14th Century. The Monumental composition of the Final Judgement on the north side is from the middle of the 15th Century.
